Alexander-Arnold made his Liverpool senior debut back in the 2016-17 season.

With that being the case, Enrique asked Moreno about Alexander-Arnold after the Scouser started to get a few games in the first-team.

Moreno played for Liverpool between 2014-2019. Therefore, Moreno did train alongside Alexander-Arnold.

Enrique told Sky Sports Premier League (22/07/20 at 9:30 pm) if he had heard of Alexander-Arnold during his time at Liverpool: “To be honest, no. I asked Alberto Moreno about him when he was getting into the first team.

“I said ‘what you think about him?’ He said ‘this guy has real talent. Obviously then, it will depend on him in regards to how far he wants to go, but he’s a real talent’.

“But I never heard of him when I played there. It was four years ago, or five years ago when I left.”
