As communicated by Granada, the club has signed a one-year contract with José Callejón.
The Andalucían player joins on a free transfer from Fiorentina, where he made 30 appearances and scored one goal last season.
Coming through the Real Madrid youth system, Callejón won La Liga with Los Blancos during the 2011/12 season. The 35-year-old will hope to play a vital role in helping Granada return to the first division after being relegated this year.
In a professional career spanning over 15 years, he has made over 550 appearances in La Liga, Serie A, the Champions League and the Europa League. The Spaniard will bring years of experience at the highest level of football to the club.
He is best known for his time at Napoli, where he won the Coppa Italia in both 2014 and 2020.
Earlier this month, Granada sold Luis Suárez to Marseille as the team prepares to reorganise their team for the upcoming season.
