Jordi Alba has been called-up to the Spain squad for the very first time under Luis Enrique.
Previously, Enrique had preferred Marcos Alonso and José Gayà, but his strong form for Barcelona has placed him back into contention.

Familiar names like David de Gea, Sergio Ramos, Sergio Busquets and Isco have all kept their places, as have Saúl and Álvaro Morata.
Mario Hermoso of Espanyol, Diego Llorente of Real Sociedad, Pablo Fornals of Villarreal and Brais Méndez of Celta Vigo have all earned their first senior call ups.
