About the Role

Shelbourne FC is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Club Shop team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of matchday operations, helping to drive retail sales while being at the heart of the action at Tolka Park.

You will play a key role in creating a positive experience for fans by providing excellent customer service, managing transactions, and ensuring the shop is well-stocked and organized. This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced retail environment within the sports industry.

  1. Assist customers with purchases, providing friendly and knowledgeable service. 
  1. Operate the till and handle transactions accurately. 
  1. Manage stock levels, restocking and merchandising products as needed. 
  1. Assist with online orders and fulfilment. 
  1. Ensure the shop is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. 
  1. Work efficiently in a busy matchday environment. 
  1. Provide general assistance to the commercial team as required. 

Requirements

  1. Availability to work all Men’s and Women’s First Team home matches (evenings and weekends). 
  1. Some flexible midweek availability. 
  1. Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential. 
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  1. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
