Joey Saputo: “A historic milestone”

President Joey Saputo spoke following the news that we have mathematically qualified for the Champions League: “I’m coming back to Bologna to celebrate this historic milestone alongside the entire city. Bologna is back in Europe and has made it into the top competition, the Champions League, 60 years after being in the European Cup. My family and I want to share this immense joy with Thiago and his lads who have had a memorable undertaking, with all the directors, staff, and partners of Bologna who work for the good of the Club every single day in a unique way with our fantastic fans who deserve this more than anything because they have always been alongside Bologna, even in our most difficult moments in history”.
