Inter forward Joaquin Correa is set to return to Inter’s training ground today, whilst goalkeeper Andre Onana and forward Romelu Lukaku will be back tomorrow.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the trio will await the returns of the rest of the Nerazzurri squad from their training retreat in Malta.
Correa has not been with the rest of the team in Malta as he has been working individually to recover from an injury to his Achilles tendon.
However, the 28-year-old is now fully fit, and will return to the Nerazzurri’s training ground today to begin work in view of the return of the rest of the squad.
Meanwhile, the World Cups of both Onana and Lukaku have been over for at least a week.
Both of the pair have been on vacation for the past few days, but will be back at the training ground with Correa tomorrow, where they will reintegrate with the rest of the squad whose training retreat in Malta is almost coming to a close.
