The 30-year-old midfielder decided to twist the knife against last year’s finalists with a stunning hat-trick in the first half.

It was a personal vendetta, too, as the Portuguese international previously played for the Italian giants.

Two poacher-style strikes from inside the box beat goalkeeper Emil Audero before he cemented the hat-trick just after the half-hour mark with an easy tap-in.
