What did Jill do in I’m a Celeb?

Scott became a firm favourite to win the show before she’d even entered the jungle.

In the first episode of I’m a Celeb 2022, the former midfielder took part in a challenge at the top of the Focus building in Surfers Paradise, Queensland.

Teetering above a 334-foot drop, Scott had to walk across a tiny ledge before jumping off the edge while attached to a safety harness.

The 35-year-old had viewers bursting with pride as she gave motivational talks of encouragement and comfort to teammates Charlene White of Loose Women, and comedian Babatúndé Aléshé.

Scott was up against several other Bushtucker Trials throughout the series, which she attacked with pure determination.

She faced her fears of heights and rats and even endured being locked in a box full of critters, which ended in her getting a cockroach stuck in her ear.

Scott also powered through a gruesome drinking challenge with Rugby World Cup winner Mike Tindall. The two England internationals nominated themselves for the trial, which required them to finish off glasses full of stomach-turning contents, including blended fish eyes.

As well as tackling every task that came her way, Scott also provided golden entertainment with her witty one-liners, episodes of random dancing and rapping, and her overall warm personality.

More than anything else, she kept the morale going in camp when her teammates needed it the most.

She even forewent a personal luxury item in order to play ‘Sweet Caroline’ for her and the rest of the celebrities to enjoy.

Undoubtedly, Scott has been a ray of sunshine in this year’s I’m a Celebrity and now the Lioness has taken her rightful place on the jungle throne.
