Following his tumultuous 18-month spell with Club América, Jérémy Ménez went nearly a month without a club before landing back on his feet with Ligue 2 side Paris FC.

The 33-year-old enjoyed a pretty decent season in the French capital, scoring five goals and dishing out four assists in just 18 games.

However, he opted to leave at the end of his 12-month deal to search for other opportunities and has now found himself back in Italy.

It has now been officially announced that Ménez has signed a three-year deal with newly-promoted Serie B side Reggina.

“I can now confirm that Jeremy Ménez is a Reggina player, we have agreed a three-year contract,” announced President Luca Gallo in his press conference.

“On June 26, he will arrive at the Catania airport at midday. At 14.00, he will be at the Port of Messina and at 15.00 at the Port of Reggio-Calabria.

“On June 27, Ménez will be presented to the media, then visit the Reggina Store to meet fans for autographs and photos. He is a champion, my gift for our promotion into Serie B.”

Ménez previously featured in Italy with Roma from 2008 to 2011 and with AC Milan from 2014 to 2016.
