Further bad news and an ominous omen has been bestowed on Leicester City manager Ruud van Nistelrooy by a former professional footballer. The Foxes boss is actually pitied by this particular expert who is also a journalist in the Netherlands. From a lack of funds, broken promises, to an inadequate squad, the Dutchman feels sorry for his compatriot. In fact, Johan Derksen doesn't believe that van Nistelrooy should have ever taken the LCFC job to begin with.

There is also more worrying information doing the rounds on James Justin. The England international has come under fire from all sides during a very poor and borderline unacceptable personal season. Some of his teammates have similarly struggled with terrible campaigns of their own, to be fair. Justin shows occasional glimpses of why he was previously highly thought of by ex-England boss Gareth Southgate. Though, overall, the full back has been at fault for a tremendously large amount of goals conceded by the King Power outfit.

Yet the one-time Luton Town man's defending is not the subject of this article. His ineffective and ineffectual attacking is examined in this piece. In fact, Justin has been labelled the worst Premier League player in one specific category. And Victor Kristiansen, his opposite number, has also come in for justifiable criticism. So what's been said about van Nistelrooy and his defensive pair?

Writer feels bad for Leicester City gaffer Ruud van Nistelrooy

Derksen believes the east Midlanders 'lack the quality' to survive 2024/25. At this stage, I agree that relegation seems unavoidable. The reporter spoke of RvN too:

"I do feel sorry for Van Nistelrooy. He chose the wrong club. He can’t do anything about that. That club simply lacks quality."Derksen

Where James Justin ranks bottom among his peers

Look away now Justin fans, because he's getting more stick at the moment. The defender has been named the worst crosser in the EPL:

"ESPN have done a deep dive into data provided by PFF FC, the sort of numbers that aren’t readily available online, and listed the best and worst performers in a few categories. Both Justin and Kristiansen feature. By PFF FC’s data, Justin ranks as the worst crosser in the Premier League so far this season.Meanwhile, Kristiansen is ranked as the worst passer under pressure."Leicestershire Live
