Under new leadership, both Bournemouth and Chelsea are seeking redemption for recent setbacks as they prepare to face off in Sunday’s Premier League clash at the Vitality Stadium. Andoni Iraola’s team ended the period before the international break with a 2-2 draw against Brentford, while Chelsea suffered another unfortunate defeat, this time with a 1-0 loss at home to Nottingham Forest.
Mauricio Pochettino will opt for a 3-4-2-1 formation once again and could name a strong first team for this game. Raheem Sterling, Nicolas Jackson and Conor Gallagher will play from the start as part of the attack for this away encounter.
Robert Sanchez will function in between the sticks for the Blues after conceding a goal in his last outing. Axel Disasi, Thiago Silva and Levi Colwill will make up Chelsea’s back three as they try to keep the Bournemouth attackers at bay during the game.

Midfield
Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo will play as the holding midfielders as they try to dictate the tempo of the game at the centre of the park.
Ben Chilwell will fill in as the left-sided wide player while Malo Gusto looks to catch the eye as the right wing-back. Both of them will be given the freedom to make some overlapping runs out on the flanks.
Conor Gallagher and Raheem Sterling will operate as the free-flowing, attacking midfielders as they try to make a difference for the Blues in the final third.
Noni Madueke and Ian Maatsen will be available for selection on the bench and might come on to impress in the second half if required.
Attack
Nicolas Jackson will once again spearhead Chelsea’s attack on his own up top. He managed to find the back of the net versus Luton Town but failed to deliver in the last outing, so the striker would be eager to find the back of the net once again.
