On Tuesday, Cristiano Ronaldo will line up for Juventus when they take on Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League.
And the match falls on the 16th anniversary of the 34-year-oldâs Champions League debut, which came for Manchester United against Stuttgart back in 2003.
The Portuguese superstar has since won the competition five times, scoring 126 goals along the way.
Interestingly, he has scored 26 goals in 24 appearances against teams from Germany in the Champions League â no player has more against teams from a specific nation (Lionel Messi v English teams, also 26).
This will his first appearance against Bayer Leverkusen in the competition.
