Alessandro Bastoni is a doubt for this week’s Champions League quarterfinal between Bayern Munich and Inter Milan after suffering an injury against Parma.
Italian outlet FCInter1908 report that the Italian international was taken off as a precaution due to a knee problem.
Inter Milan had an evening to forget in today’s Serie A match against Parma.
Having gone 2-0 up in the first half, the Nerazzurri conceded twice in the second half, having to settle a point.
But there could be a further blemish on Inter’s evening.
Defender Alessandro Bastoni came off as a substitute at halftime at the Stadio Ennio Tardini. And FCIN1908 report that this was an enforced change.

FCIN1908 report that Alessandro Bastoni had a knee issue in the first half.
The 25-year-old was able to come out with the rest of his teammate at halftime. However, he did not take to the pitch.
And FCIN1908 report that this was due to injury, rather than a tactical decision.
Bastoni was applying ice to his left knee after the match.
That is not good news for Inter considering their next match. They face Bayern Munich away in the Champions League this coming Tuesday.
Since that match is only a few days away, it is far from certain that Bastoni will be able to shake off his injury in time to feature.
