Inter Milan are not planning to raise their offer to Atalanta for forward Ademola Lookman.
This according to Italian transfer reporter Matteo Moretto. He reports, via FCInter1908, that the Nerazzurri consider €45 million to be a high enough bid for the 27-year-old.
The transfer saga between Inter, Atalanta, and Ademola Lookman has now dragged on for the better part of a month.
Inter have made two offers for the Nigerian international. First, they made a bid worth €40 million all-in. Then, after Atalanta rejected that, they increased it to €45 million including add-ons.

Atalanta then rejected Inter’s second bid for Lookman.
And in the meantime, the former RB Leipzig forward has done everything he possibly can to force through a move to Inter.
Lookman has publicly demanded a transfer. he has also no-showed training for well over a week.
Meanwhile, the Nerazzurri have been left to consider whether to try and convince Atalanta with an even higher offer.
But according to Matteo Moretto, “There’s important news regarding the future of the Ademola Lookman Inter transfer saga.”
“The information we currently have is that, as of today, Inter have no intention of raising their offer for Lookman.”
“They believe that €45 million with add-ons is a satisfactory offer,” Moretto stated. “And it doesn’t look like Inter want to invest any more of their budget in an offer for Lookman.”
“Let’s see why Atalanta have still been totally closed-off. Let’s see how the situation evolves.”
“But right now the Inter-Lookman situation is frozen,” Moretto added. “On standby.”
