Italian journalist Luca Marchetti has said that if Inter do not beat AS Roma on Saturday then all of the issues will be magnified, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media.

Speaking during an interview with TMW Radio, via FCInternews, the journalist spoke with caution about the situation at Inter who have lost three Serie A games already this season as well as one of their two Champions League group games.

He mentioned that there has been lots of focus on Suning and their money troubles but now the focus must be on Saturday’s match against AS Roma at the Stadio San Siro.

He feels that all of the various issues at the club, be they financial or player related, will be magnified if they lose against Jose Mourinho’s side.

“We have spoken a lot about Inter, but above all on a corporate and market level. Now everything passes to the field and we will need an important result against Roma.

“If you win on Saturday all the talk about the red balance sheet and Skriniar’s future will go away, but if you don’t win everything will be magnified.”

Inter will be facing Barcelona in the Champions League just three days after the game against AS Roma.
