Sancho is one of the most exciting prospects in Europe and gained his reputation from three sparkling years in the Bundesliga, with his final season at the club marked with 16 goals and 20 assists in all competitions. Furthermore, he is valued at a whopping €100m by Transfermarkt.
Borussia Dortmund CEO Hans Joachim-Watzke has now revealed that he is unhappy with Manchester United’s treatment of the tricky winger.
“I love Jadon,” he told Sport1, via journalist Patrick Berger, as seen above. “When you see him playing you get tears in your eyes. It hurts my soul that he is given so little consideration. I think his problem is that he’s not set in the English national team.”
Manchester United’s patchy form so far this season could open up an avenue for Sancho to impress, with a flurry of fixtures coming up after next week’s international break.
It must also be remembered that the former Manchester City youngster is settling into a new league after four years in the less competitive Bundesliga.
