The Israel vs Scotland 2022 World Cup UEFA qualifying match will be broadcast live online and on TV as the Blue and Whites host the Tartan Army at Bloomfield Stadium this Sunday, March 27, at 12:45 p.m. Pacific.
Israel had a disappointing 2-0 loss at home against Denmark to begin the UEFA World Cup qualifiers. The Blue and Whites used a conservative five at the back formation in that match, but it proved to be ineffective against the Danish Dynamite.
Israel has a very average backline, but the team’s offense is very intriguing with players like Mu’nas Dabbur, Eran Zahavi and Shon Weissman. Weissman did not start against Denmark, but it will be interesting to see if he gets a chance in this match.
Scotland began the qualifiers with a hard-fought 2-2 draw against Austria at Hampden Park. The Tartan Army was led to the point with goals by defender Grant Hanley and Aston Villa midfielder John McGinn.
Scotland skipper Andy Robertson is one of the key players to watch in this match as he plays a more offensive role for his nation than he usually plays at Liverpool. Southampton striker Che Adams is also an intriguing option offensively as he did not start the game against Austria, but did get some minutes.
