Real Betis star Isco has on Friday seen his recent excellence deservedly rewarded.
This comes amid confirmation that the Spaniard has been named La Liga Player of the Month for April.
Isco, for his part, featured from the off in each of Real Betis’ three league outings last month.
And, as has proven the case time and time again amid what has proven a remarkable individual campaign on the part of the 32-year-old, once again, he stood out above all others.
Isco was responsible for an assist en route to the Verdiblancos’ downing of Celta Vigo on April 12th, and bagged his side’s only goal in a 1-1 derby stalemate with Sevilla last weekend.
As much proved enough to earn the former Real Madrid man a place amongst the nominees for La Liga’s Player of the Month accolade.
And, as alluded to above, on Friday, Isco has beaten out the competition to precisely as much.
As per an official release across La Liga’s social media platforms, the midfield creator has beaten all of Vinícius Jr, Iago Aspas, Youssef En Nesyri and Savinho to the MOTM prize:
