Inter’s Angelo Moratti Sports Centre is to receive a face lift in the coming months according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.
Inter have trained at the site since 1962 and it has understandably gone a number of changes since that time as the club look to modernise it and that is no different for now.
A hotel that players can stay in at the training ground is set to be completed next month if not the following month and this will allow Inter to have their next pre-season camp there as a result.
Inter have spared no expense in building this having spent some €6 million on the building that will also include a restaurant, management offices and meeting rooms.
The training pitches will be torn up and relayed to mimic the surface that the team play on at San Siro and the report goes on to add that there will be an extension to the press room too among a few other things.
