International round-up: Roerslev makes senior Denmark debut | OneFootball

Mads Roerslev made his senior international debut for Denmark on Monday evening.

The Brentford defender marked his first senior cap with a clean sheet in a goalless draw away at Serbia in the UEFA Nations League.

Fellow Bee Mikkel Damsgaard also started the game, while Christian Nørgaard was introduced from the bench early in the second half.

Roles were reversed on Friday evening in a 2-1 home defeat against Spain, with captain Nørgaard starting – becoming the club’s most capped international ever in the process – and Damsgaard being utilised as a second-half substitute.
