The Strasbourg goalkeeper and midfielder were called up to the France U19 squad to play three games as part of an international tournament in Serbia. Les Bleuets’ first meeting ended in a 2-0 loss against Portugal during which Robin Risser started and Habib Diarra came on as a substitute in the 81st minute. Two days later, the Tricolores rectified the situation by winning 2-0 against Finland. Diarra started against the Finns, while Risser was a substitute. France U19s ended this international window with a 3-1 defeat against Serbia. Risser played the entire match and Diarra came on in the 82nd minute.
Called up for two games against Wales, Nolan Ferro and Willsem Boussaid along with their France U17 teammates won both games 2-0. Ferro started the first match and was substituted in the 70th minute. Boussaid distinguished himself during the second tie, finding the net in the 60th minute.
On the bench for the 1-0 defeat Tunisia, the Strasbourg midfielder earned his first senior Comoros cap five days later in a 2-1 loss against Burkina Faso. Ahmed played the last 10 minutes of the match having come on in the 82nd minute.
