You can hear groaning all around Europe as the international break begins. Or maybe some of you are glad to have a little pause after watching so much football in recent weeks?
Either way, the football bug is strong and weâll all be sitting down to watch an international game this week, right?
Here are our picks.
The two nations that perhaps stand for and represent âthe beautiful gameâ more than any other, historically speaking, are in transition.
Netherlands are yet to find the fluency to their game that Ronald Koeman had worked on since the Barcelona boss was replaced by Frank de Boer earlier this year.
Spain are young and fresh under Luis Enrique, who is in the process of building a side that can maybe follow that unstoppable generation of the late 2000s and early 2010s.
The final four Euro 2020 places will finally be filled on Thursday, as the play-off finals are played.
If they arenât to your liking, thereâs always a friendly at Wembley to sink your teeth into. Neither side has won in the last six meetings, with Ireland the last to taste victory all the way back in 1988.
European champions meet world champions again in Lisbon on Saturday evening.
After a 0-0 draw between the two last month, Kylian Mbappé and Cristiano Ronaldo will be hoping to get amongst the goals.
Belgium are still ranked the top side in the world.
