Forward Joaquin Correa is currently under contract with Inter Milan until the end of June.

The Argentine had been expected to leave the Nerazzurri last summer after the end of a disappointing loan spell at Marseille. However, he instead stayed at the club.

Correa has been something of a bit part player for Inter this season. However, he has made appearances for the Nerazzurri, including a handful of starts in Serie A.

Correa is reportedly the favourite to start against Udinese this weekend.

Grova reports that Brazilian club Internacional have opened talks with the 30-year-old’s representatives.

This would be for a free transfer when Correa’s deal with Inter expires.

Meanwhile, Grova reports, a return to Argentina could also be on the cards form Joaquin Correa.

The Argentine journalist anticipates that Estudiantes also have an interest in the former Lazio and Sevilla forward’s signature.
