Ivan Perisic would like to stay at Inter according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.
The Croatian national team player returned to Inter at the beginning of this month following a season long loan spell at Bayern Munich, who he helped to win a treble.
It was largely thought that Perisic would not be part of Inter’s plans upon his return and be moved on but his participation in pre-season seems to have made everyone change their minds. In fact, Antonio Conte is thinking of carving out a place in the squad for the winger.
As things stand, the report from the Turin based news outlet states that there are currently no concrete offers for Perisic, who has been subject to a timid enquiry from RB Leipzig and whilst other German clubs linked with him have not made any moves.
The 31-year-old Croatian is under contract with Inter until the end of the 2021/22 season.
