Inter are still anticipating that Paris Saint-Germain will make an improved offer for Milan Skriniar sooner or later this summer, and owners Suning would consider accepting the right bid.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri owners would listen to offers of €70 million for the Slovakian, and potentially even less.

PSG’s interest in signing Skriniar has gone dormant for the past few weeks, but this does not mean that the French champions are not still aiming to sign the 27-year-old before the summer transfer window slams shut.

This is the view within the Nerazzurri, where is it expected that an improved bid will arrive sooner or later.

It will remain to be seen what the club will do in the face of an offer which comes close to meeting their €70 million asking price for the Slovak international, but the owners could feel that it is impossible to refuse a high enough bid given the financial situation.
