Inter & Stefano Sensi Must Decide Whether To Continue With Agreed Loan To Sampdoria Or Not, Italian Media Report

Both Inter and Stefano Sensi must quickly make a decision on their collective future after his winning goal in the Coppa Italia against Empoli on Wednesday night, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, the agreement with Sampdoria has already been reached for the loan of Stefano Sensi and the midfielder has already held discussions with the club’s new coach, Marco Giampaolo.

Two events on Wednesday night have put the move in danger. Simone Inzaghi may now want to keep the former Sassuolo player at Inter as he could now have a new level of confidence following his extra time goal.

The other event was the injury to Argentinian striker Joaquin Correa who could face a lengthy injury spell. Stefano Sensi could be kept so that there is more depth in that area of the pitch for Simone Inzaghi.
