Inter are firm in their stance about keeping Lautaro Martinez at the club and they have now rejected enquiries from Premier League giants Manchester United and Tottenham.
La Gazzetta dello Sport state that an intermediary recently brought forward concrete interest from both Spurs and United to Inter, who have made it clear that they won’t even sit down at the table to negotiate about Martinez. Inter are keen on making sure that Martinez becomes the centre of their future project and they will not sell him this summer.
Tottenham’s Harry Kane is in United’s sights but the Red Devils want to make sure that they have alternative moves in the backburner. One of those moves, they presumed, would involve Martinez. As for Spurs, their interest in Martinez isn’t new. They have previously come forward for the Argentine and they see Martinez as an option, if Kane leaves the club.
The World Cup winner is quite happy at Inter and in Milan and while the Nerazzurri may not qualify for the Champions League, they will look to sell the likes of André Onana, Denzel Dumfries and Marcelo Brozović.
