Inter president Steven Zhang had dinner with the Nerazzurri squad ahead of the match against AS Roma on Saturday evening, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media.

As has been reported by Sky Sport Italia, via FCInter1908, the Inter president was present at Appiano Gentile on Friday for the team meal ahead of the big Serie A fixture against the Giallorossi which kicks off at 18:00 local time on Saturday evening at San Siro.

It is traditional for the team to eat together after their final training session ahead of a match and the president decided to join them which is a testament to how important it is for the Nerazzurri to take all three points from the match.

They want to avoid having lost four games out of their first eight in this Serie A season which would make it very hard to imagine winning the Scudetto in June.
