Inter Owned Mauro Icardi The Best Performing Striker In Europe’s Top 5 Leagues In October

As per the CIES Football Observatory and their algorithm, Mauro Icardi has been the best performing striker amongst Europe’s top five leagues this month.

The 26-year-old Argentine, who is out on loan at Paris Saint Germain from Inter, has scored seven goals in five appearances across all competitions this month.

CIES have given Icardi’s performances this past month a total rating of 92, two more than second placed Ciro Immobile, who is currently the top scorer in Serie A. Chelsea attacker Willian is in third place with a rating of 89.3.
