Inter owned goalkeeper Gabriel Brazao has confirmed that he is ready to grasp each and every opportunity that comes his way.
The highly rated Brazilian youth national team goalkeeper is currently out on loan at Spanish second division side Albacete but has found playing opportunities at the Estadio Carlos Belmonte club very very limited this season.
He was handed just his third appearance across all competitions during the loan spell and first appearance since the middle of December this past weekend as he played all of the 1-1 draw at home to Rayo Vallecano.
“First of all, thank to God. I am very happy with my performance, I worked every day to be able to play like this. I am happy with the performance I had and now I promise to concentrate,” he remarked in an interview with Brazilian news outlet Lance!
“I am happy to have the opportunity to play in a league of this level, which involves many historical sides. I hope to be able to seize the opportunities every time they arise.”
The 19-year-old shot-stopper joined Inter this past Summer from fellow Serie A club Parma, who Inter helped to sign Brazao just over a year ago from Brazilian side Cruzeiro.
He is currently under contract at the Nerazzurri until 2024 and with Samir Handanovic getting on, Brazao could perhaps find himself in the Inter first team in the coming years.
