Inter have been offered Francesco Farioli, but Cesc Fabregas remains their primary option to replace Simone Inzaghi, so the Nerazzurri are pushing to reach an agreement with Como.

Fabregas is contracted with Como until June 2028 and had been previously approached by Roma, but the Giallorossi failed to reach an agreement with the Azzurri.
Sources tell Football Italia that Inter are ready to offer Fabregas a €4m-a-year contract until 2027, plus a signing bonus.

Inter are in a hurry to find a new coach given that they’ll be involved in the Club World Cup this month, making their debut on June 18 against Mexico’s Monterrey.
Christian Chivu and Patrick Vieira are the other options for Inter, while Marseille’s Roberto De Zerbi hasn’t been contacted by the Nerazzurri.
Football Italia understands that ex-Ajax coach Francesco Farioli has also been offered to Inter.

“The paths of the club and Simone Inzaghi separate,” a statement on the club website read on Tuesday. “This decision is taken via a mutual agreement after the meeting that took place a few moments ago.”
“Inzaghi’s management of Inter will be remembered for his great passion, professionalism and dedication by fans, players, directors and employees.
“Six trophies; a Scudetto, two Coppa Italias and three Super Cups are the honours earned over the last four seasons, which have brought the club back to the top of Italian and European football.
“Inzaghi is one of the coaches with the most games in the history of the Nerazzurri, along with other illustrious names including Herrera, Mancini, Trapattoni and Mourinho.
“Just like the other members of this exclusive group, Inzaghi has contributed significantly to Inter’s growth and will forever go down in history as the coach who led us to the second star.”
