Inter January signing Robin Gosens will be ready to be called up for Friday’s Serie A clash with Genoa, but is likely to make his full debut against AC Milan in the Coppa Italia.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the German will be available for the squad on Friday but is not likely to actually play until the Coppa Italia match.

Gosens has been getting close to making a full recovery from the hamstring problem which was still keeping him out of action when he joined from Atalanta towards the end of the January transfer window.

The 27-year-old was always expected to be back sometime around the end of this month, and he should be fit enough to make the bench for the first time in his Nerazzurri career on Friday.

However, Gosens is not actually likely to make his return to the pitch against the Griffone, but rather should make his debut against the Rossoneri.
