Inter Milan vice-president Javier Zanetti has declared Ronaldo Nazario the best he played with.

Zanetti was asked about the best teammate he played with during his playing career.

“Ronaldo, The Phenomenon could change games from one moment to another," Zanetti said, when asked about the best strikers he played with.

“I remember another one who was called 'lethal weapon' in Italy, Hernan Crespo, an amazing goal scorer. And also Diego Milito who was decisive when we won the Champions League in 2010."

Zanetti also spoke of the heart condition suffered by Barcelona's Argentina striker Sergio Aguero.
