According to Sky Sport Italia, Denzel Dumfries is already back in full training. Therefore, the Dutch international wingback will be available after missing the first two group matches.
Then, Sky report, the likes of Davide Frattesi and Marcus Thuram are close to returning. Therefore, they should be available.
However, Sky add, the likes of Yann Bisseck, Hakan Calhanoglu, and Piotr Zielinski will still be on the sidelines. They can only return from their injuries for the knockouts, should Inter reach them.
Similarly, Benjamin Pavard will miss that match against River. He suffered an aggravation of his ankle problem which caused him to pull out of the squad against Urawa Reds.
Lastly, Sky note, striker Mehdi Taremi is still stuck in Iran due to ongoing bombardment by Israel.
