Inter Milan confirm interest in signing Marseille’s Luis Henrique | OneFootball

Inter Milan president Beppe Marotta has confirmed that the club are interested in Olympique de Marseille forward Luis Henrique (23).

Henrique is attracting interest from across Europe with OM setting an asking price of between €30-35m. The Brazilian has had a breakthrough campaign under Roberto De  Zerbi, proving decisive on 16 occasions (nine goals, seven assists) and showcasing his versatility; he has shown himself of playing across the front line, as well as at wing-back this season.

As exclusively reported by Get French Football News back in February, Henrique has been garnering interest from the Premier League with Foot Mercato since citing an interest from Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest. Bayern Munich are also interested in the Brazilian and, speaking to Sky Sports, Inter Milan have officialised their interest in the player too.

“Luis Henrique? He is a good player but there are many good players in our notebook… however, it is too early to talk about a conclusion now,” said Marotta on Tuesday night. Reports had earlier suggested that the Serie A giants were closing in on an agreement. Whilst that may still be a way off, the interest is real.
