Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi will reportedly adopt a similar starting lineup against Udinese to the one that competed in the Champions League last week.
The Nerazzurri boss has been repeatedly altering his lineup between the matches while registering mixed results.
The Italian champions earned a valuable away draw against Manchester City in their first European contest of the season. Fans and pundits alike hailed their convincing display at the Etihad.
On the other hand, Inter suffered a surprising defeat at the hands of AC Milan in the Derby della Madonnina last Sunday.
So according to Il Corriere dello Sport via FcInterNews, Inzaghi is still planning to rotate his lineup. But this time, he will resort to almost similar selections from the Man City clash.
Hence, the 48-year-old will reportedly rely on Yann Bisseck at the back instead of Benjamin Pavard. The latter found difficulties at the back against the Rossoneri.
Moreover, Mehdi Taremi will return to the starting lineup after remaining on the bench for the duration of the Derby.
The Iran international will either replace Marcus Thuram or club captain Lautaro Martinez who has yet to open his goal-scoring account for the season.
In the middle of the park, Inzaghi is forced to make a change following Nicolo Barella’s injury.
Davide Frattesi and Piotr Zielinski are seemingly dueling to replace the club’s vice-captain. Nevertheless, they could both feature in the starting lineup if Inzaghi decides to drop Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
