The Beneamata currently lead the Serie A charts with 15 points separating them from their closest chasers.

Therefore, Inzaghi is destined to become the manager who leads the club towards the coveted second star.

Naturally, the 47-year-old’s exploits attract the interest of several suitors.

According to Il Giornale via FcInter1908, three major EPL sides have already tested the waters for Inzaghi.

The source mentions Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea as the three interested parties.

Nevertheless, the report believes the former Lazio man leans towards signing a contract renewal with the Nerazzurri.

The manager’s current deal runs until the summer of 2025, having signed a new contract at the start of the season.

However, the club’s hierarchy is now looking to maintain the manager’s services with a long-term deal.

Inter Milan Have Offered Simone Inzaghi New Contract Until 2027

As the source explains, Inter have put their offer on the table, as they look to tie down the coach until 2027.

Inzaghi will also earn a pay rise. The new deal would guarantee him 6.5 million euros as net wages per year.

So we shall see if the management will be able to put the tactician’s signature on paper in the coming weeks or months.

Inzaghi first joined the club in 2021 following Antonio Conte’s departure.

While he has yet to win the Scudetto title, his time at Appiano Gentile has already yielded five trophies. We’re talking about two Coppa Italia and three Italian Super Cups.
