Inter Milan, Arsenal target Ginter set to remain at Gladbach

Inter Milan and Arsenal target Matthias Ginter is set to stay at Borussia Monchengladbach this summer.

German publication Kicker is reporting that despite significant interest in the player, he will stay with the German team for at least another year.

Inter, Arsenal, Atletico Madrid and Chelsea have all been linked to the centre-back.

The 26-year-old does not want to leave Gladbach and is even willing to sit down to discuss a new contract.

His current deal expires next summer, and the club will be eager to tie him down to preserve his value.

If he were to run down his deal, he could leave at the end of next season on a free.
