Inter Miami take the pitch again this week in an Eastern Conference MLS showdown vs Toronto FC at Chase Stadium.

Gerardo 'Tata' Martino's side will be eager to get back in the win column after their horrific showing last time out vs FC Cincinnati, in which the Herons were trampled 6-1 at TQL Stadium. Even though Miami dropped to second in the Supporters' Shield, the Herons are just one point behind Cincinnati and could jump back into first place with a win and a little help from Chicago Fire.

Martino will look to stick with his 4-3-3 set up at home even without the likes of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Tomas Aviles, Marcelo Weigandt and Sergio Busquets in hopes of getting the Herons back on track.

Here's how Miami could lineup against Toronto.

GK: Drake Callender - Callender starts in between the sticks for the Herons.

RB: Ian Fray - With Weigandt missing out due to suspension, Fray steps in at right-back looking to make an impact.

CB: Serhiy Kryvtsov - The veteran center-back keeps his place in the XI as Miami have limited depth at the position.

CB: Ryan Sailor - Sailor makes a rare appearance in the starting lineup with Aviles out through injury.

LB: Jordi Alba - Martino will be delighted that Alba is available for selection once again after he was suspended for the defeat to Cincinnati.

CM: Benjamin Cremaschi - The versatile youngster starts once again in the middle of the park, looking to pull the strings from deep.

CM: Yannick Bright - As Busquets is out after being shown a second yellow card last time out, Bright could be tasked with keeping things rolling in the midfield.

CM: Federico Redondo - Redondo is set to make just his eighth league appearance for Miami and will be key to the team's chance of success in the midfield.

RW: Julian Gressel - The former Atlanta United player gets the nod on the right-wing with Matias Rojas' status still up in the air.

ST: Leo Campana - The Ecuador international leads the line and will hope to add to his five goals scored in 2024.

LW: Robert Taylor - The 29-year-old looks to cut inside on his favored right foot and create chances for the Herons.
