Following the pre-match press conference, Inter manager Antonio Conte spoke with Inter’s official club broadcaster to discuss tomorrow evening’s Europa League round of 32 first leg match against Ludogorets.

The former Italian national team manager started by discussing the state of the Nerazzurri team and also spoke on tomorrow’s opponents.

“The team is doing well, we have prepared in the right way. We will try to honour the competition and go as far as possible. Ludogorets are a very good team at the top of their domestic standings, they have recently dominated their league. We will try to play a good game,” he said.

He then went on to share what he is expecting from the game at the Ludogortes Arena in Razgrad, Bulgaria.

“I think they will try to assert themselves tomorrow. We have great respect for them but we know our value. We will face it with the right attention and humility and we want to win.”

Inter are seen by many as huge favourites for this match and that is with a lot of rotation expected to the side that started in the 2-1 Serie A loss away to fellow title chasers Lazio this past weekend.

The Nerazzurri will be without regular starters Marcelo Brozovic and Milan Skriniar, neither of whom travelled with the squad, whilst the likes of Stefan de Vrij, Nicolo Barella and Romelu Lukaku are all expected to be given a rare chance to rest.
