Inter are cruising at the top of the Serie A and into the last 16 of the Champions League but they still feel they can improve the right back position.Denzel Dumfries is the current option but according to Sky Italia, Inter feel that Juan Cuadrado can be improved on as a back up. Cuadrado has not yet started any league games and it is clear that he is not in Simone Inzaghi’s long term plans. The Colombian recent ankle problem has prompted the Nerazzurri to potentially move for a new right-back.Dumfries has had a tough workload this season and picked up an injury last week. He is expected to be out until around the new year and this could be a problem for Inter. The Dutchman has had a strong season thus far and will be a big miss. Cuadrado started the Champions League game against Real Sociedad on Tuesday but before that had not played a full game since the 20th of June.At 35 years old he cannot be relied upon to start every game and Inter must come up with solutions.
