Inter Have Decided To Block Stefano Sensi’s Loan Move To Sampdoria This Month, Italian Media Claim

Inter have decided that they want to keep Italian midfielder Stefano Sensi at the club for the rest of the season rather than let him join Sampdoria on loan, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by Corriere della Sera today, the Nerazzurri had their hand forced by the fact that Joaquin Correa picked up an injury against Empoli in the Coppa Italia earlier this week and Stefano Sensi showed his quality with the winning goal in extra time.

He was due to have a medical with the club in Genoa on Thursday but Inter have decided to keep him at Appiano Gentile instead as he is finally fit again.

The player himself just wants to play regular football again and he would rather do that at Inter. The risk he runs is that Simone Inzaghi can’t find space for him or he gets injured again.
