Inter goalkeeper Andre Onana is set to be given a vacation before he returns to training with the rest of the Nerazzurri’s squad.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInter1908, who report that the Cameroon will get some time off following his departure from his national team’s squad in Qatar before he is expected to link back up with the rest of his club teammates for preparations for the rest of the season.

Onana had been at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, but his departure from the Cameroonian national team has been confirmed following a disagreement with coach Rigobert Song that led to his being temporarily suspended by the Cameroonian FA.

The 26-year-old will therefore be expected back in training along with the rest of the Inter players not currently on international duty.

However, before that happens the former Ajax keeper will be given a vacation to rest up.
