Inter fans saluted the team at the train station ahead of tomorrow’s big Serie A match against Fiorentina, but there is an injury crisis in defence.
It kicks off at the Stadio Artemio Franchi on Sunday at 17.00 GMT.
The Nerazzurri are coming off a Champions League victory over RB Leipzig and this is a head-to-head for second place in the Italian top flight.
Their supporters will not be present in numbers because the ultras are protesting over the high price of the away tickets for this game.
Instead, over 200 gathered at the train station to salute the team and see them on their way to Florence.

Davide Frattesi was present, despite a knock, but Benjamin Pavard, Carlos Augusto and Francesco Acerbi did not make the journey due to injury.
That leaves coach Simone Inzaghi with few alternatives to choose from in defence.
Marcus Thuram evidently had plans to rest and recuperate on the journey, seeing as he got off the team bus with his own cushion.
