Inter Could Sign Teenage Striker Gonzalo Bustos After Recommendation From Javier Zanetti, Italian Media Report | OneFootball

Javier Zanetti could be about to bring another young and talented Argentine to Inter, according to a report in the Italian media today.

Calciomercato.com said the Nerazzurri’s vice-president was always on the lookout for promising talents in his home country, having played a key role in the deal for Lautaro Martinez in 2018.

Inter had teenage striker Gonzalo Bustos, who was born in 2004, complete a trial with their academy earlier this month and it seems he made a good impression.

Bustos already has experience playing in Europe with San Fernando, who play in Spain’s third tier, but now a move to the Nerazzurri would be his priority.

Inter are thought to have been impressed by Bustos’ pace and talent during his trial with the club, although he does have interest from several clubs.

Bustos came through Atalaya’s academy, the same Argentine club where Inter’s Primavera midfielder Franco Vezzoni developed before coming to Italy.
