As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter CEO Giuseppe “Beppe” Marotta is considering offering Paulo Dybala a four-year deal including an annual salary of around €6million plus various performance-related bonuses.
It is suggested that the four-year contract will be divided into two parts, with the first being a fixed term of three years followed by an option for an additional year.
Marotta is willing to match Juventus’ offer. The Old Lady was determined to keep La Joya at the club a few months ago, subsequently offering him a contract with an annual salary of €8million per season plus €2million in other bonuses.
But concerned about the player’s fitness and suitability, the Bianconeri management reportedly opted against extending the contract of the diminutive Argentine. Therefore, he will leave Juventus on a free transfer this summer.
The report further claims that both Marotta and Jorge Antun, Dybala’s agent, had a meeting after the end of the 2021/22 Serie A campaign. However, it is understood that there were no talks about financial figures concerning Dybala’s potential move to Inter.
appearing to be interested in signing the 28-year-old.
