Inter Close To Securing Sassuolo’s Gianluca Scamacca For June In Deal Worth €40M, Alfredo Pedullá Reports | OneFootball

Inter are close to securing the signing of Sassuolo’s Italian international striker Gianluca Scamacca this coming summer in a deal worth €40 million.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportItalia’s transfer market expert Alfredo Pedullá who reports on his homepage that a deal between the two clubs is close.

Scamacca has been linked to Inter since last summer and now the clubs are close to agreeing a deal in principle for the coming summer worth €40 million, the report continues.

However, Inter CEO is working on including a player as part payment to lower the cash payment part, with Empoli loanee Andrea Pinamonti being mentioned.

The former Roma youth team player will not leave Sassuolo in January as the Neroverdi don’t want to let him go in the middle of the season.

However, the Nerazzurri have beaten AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund as well as Eintracht Frankfurt in the race to sign the player as Scamacca’s future is in the black and blue of Inter, Alfredo Pedullá concludes.
