Inter have no plans to imminently change coach despite this evening’s loss to Roma making it four defeats from eight in Serie A, and Simone Inzaghi continues to have the full backing of CEO Beppe Marotta.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who report that the Nerazzurri CEO is not considering sacking Inzaghi for a different coach, and that the loss to the Giallorossi has done little to affect the plans of staying the course with the current coach.

According to SportMediaset, Marotta has reiterated his confidence in Inzaghi, the man who had been selected to take over from Antonio Conte following the current Tottenham coach’s departure at the start of last summer.

Inter will have to head into another major challenge in just a couple days in the form of their Champions League clash with Barcelona on Tuesday and so sacking Inzaghi before then would be highly improbable before then at any rate.
