Inter Boss Simone Inzaghi Is Hoping The Club Signs A Left-Winger In January, Italian Media Report

Inter coach Simone Inzaghi is hopeful that the club will secure the signing of another left-winger for him in the January transfer window, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by Tuttosport, it is beginning to look unlikely that the Nerazzurri will be doing any business in January but the boss is holding out hope that the club will bring him some extra cover for Ivan Perisic.

Aleksandar Kolarov has minimal involvement with the team Simone Inzaghi appears to prefer Federico Dimarco as a centre back.

The two possible names are Borussia Monchengladbach’s Ramy Bensebaini and Eintracht Frankfurt’s Filip Kostic. Both are contracted until 2023 so a deal is only likely to happen if a selling club is willing to sanction a loan with a right of redemption in the summer that is not too inflated.

It is not impossible for Inter as both players want to make the move.
