Barcelona captain Lionel Messi feels let down by teammate Gerard Pique over his summer transfer saga.

That's according to Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda, speaking on El Chiringuito.

He revealed: "This summer there has been a soap opera in which Messi has made a mistake.

"Throughout the soap opera, Messi waited for the voice of a Barça player.

"The days passed and the voice did not come, and there were players who did position themselves in favour of the Argentine directly or indirectly.

"But Messi expected the support of a symbol of Barcelona and the voice did not arrive.

"This has caused Messi to now have an almost non-existent relationship with this player, an absolutely broken relationship.

"Messi does not forgive him that the support did not come.

"That player, one of the captains, is Gerard Piqué. Leo is p***ed off because he expected him to support him directly or indirectly."
